SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Orders are not dispatched during weekends or holidays. 

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, we are responsible and will offer a full refund or replacement once proof has been provided.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Free postage is offered unless stated otherwise. 

International shipping can be arranged on request, please contact us for a quote. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of some of our products being custom made and personalised we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty. We gladly offer returns, exchanges and cancellations for non custom items.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, returning the item within 21 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. A refund will be processed by the original payment method. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Please be aware that the visual appearance of keepsake memory items can greatly vary depending on the items you provide us. If you are not happy with your order please get in touch straight away to discuss it. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made via the website using a credit/debit card or Paypal, you will not require an account to do this as you can check out as a guest.
