The terms 'I' and 'we' used within the Terms refer to the owner of Quaint and Cosy, Samantha Bruce.
You ( the customer) will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
Orders are not dispatched during weekends or holidays.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, we are not responsible however we will do our utmost to help you track your item.
Quaint and Cosy do not accept responsibility for delivery delays, should an item not arrive to you by the date requested a discount or refund will not be given.
The delivery services used are Royal Mail.
International shipping can be arranged on request, please contact us for a quote.
Due to the nature of some of our products being custom made and personalised we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Quaint and Cosy.
We gladly offer returns, exchanges and cancellations for non custom items.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery, returning the item within 21 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
A refund will be processed by the original payment method.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase due to the possibility of work commencing, after then a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Quaint and Cosy.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error has been made by Quaint and Cosy.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please be aware that the visual appearance of keepsake memory items can greatly vary depending on the items you provide us. If you are not happy with your order please get in touch straight away to discuss it.
Payment for non-keepsake items can be made via the website using a credit/debit card or Paypal, you will not require an account to do this as you can check out as a guest.
Keepsakes are invoiced and payment made via bank transfers, should you wish to pay via another method please contact us to discuss.
