The terms 'I' and 'we' used within the Terms refer to the owner of Quaint and Cosy, Samantha Bruce. 

By paying Quaint and Cosy a deposit of £10 you will be added to the keepsake waiting listing and your slot will be secured until it is time to make your item/s.

The £10 deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the final invoice amount.

Should your order need to be cancelled by Quaint and Cosy you will receive notification and deposit refunded.

By paying a deposit you are agreeing to the full value of the item/s requested at time of purchase.

Postage costs are subject to change in accordance with Royal Mails pricing. 

Quaint and Cosy will request your item/s to be sent once full payment has been received, we cannot store item/s before your allocated slot. 

You will be notified when your slot becomes available by the email details provided on the waiting list form and an invoice for the outstanding amount, less the deposit will be produced. 

You have 7 days from the date of the invoice to settle the account and arrange for the item/s to be sent to Quaint and Cosy for your order to be processed. 

We recommend posting your items via special delivery and obtain proof of postage for your records. 

Payment can be made by BACS or PayPal or Credit/Debit card on request. 

If the invoice remains outstanding and/or the items have not been received within 21 days of the invoice date then we reserve the right to cancel your order and retain initial deposit. 

Quaint and Cosy keepsake animals are made to the highest standards, due to the nature of using preloved fabrics they are not designed to withstand play or washing. 

Memory blankets and cushions are to be hand washed only and air dried, Quaint and Cosy will not accept responsibility for any damage caused if the advised care instructions are not followed.

We are not responsible for any damage incurred to item/s due to handling it in any way other than it's intended purpose, any repairs will be chargeable to the customer. 

Quaint and Cosy does not accept responsibility for incorrect spelling/ dates provided, correction will incur a charge.
